Located in Cyberjaya about 40 minutes drive from city center is Sembunyi Spa, Cyberview Resort & Spa. Quiet and tranquility all in one. Just nice and not too far to escape the city life for a few hours. So what did I do? Go visit of course.
As soon as I arrived, I was given a refreshing towel and a cup of ginger tea to help me relax. I have already started relaxed.
Once I am done, I was shown the oil and other salt etc which I could select for my spa/massage session.
Once I am done, I was led to the changing room where I get a quick bath and dressed up in a kimono and get ready to go.
I was led into a private room where I am treated to my first full body massage with scrub, the Maha Brata treatment. One thing I like about this spa is they prepare everything for you. Towels, disposable briefs. Just come as you are and relax. They provide a full range of amenities like lotion, comb etc.
So what so special about the treatment I had? The Maha Brata experience originating from Bali is a unique massage treatment using grounded 'Kemiri' or also known as 'buah keras' in Malay or Candlenut. The combination of touch from the well trained masseur and the fatty acids of the Kemiri containing a high percentage of Palmitic, Stearic & Oleic acids giving treatment goers a healthy glow.
Seriously after the treatment, I could feel my skin baby silky smooth after that. Apart from that, I also feel relieved from all the sore muscles and muscle knots I have accumulated from the prolonged duration working on a chair. The masseur focused on all the right spot, the shoulders, the back while at the same time enjoying the soothing music playing throughout the full 90 minutes session.
I took a quick bath after the treatment and went over to enjoy the other facilities such as the Lap Pool, Sauna, Steam room, Hot Jacuzzi and Cold dip.
All these facilities are complimentary for in house guest or with any 60 minutes scheduled spa service.
I soaked myself into this bubbling heaven unwinding further for at least 30 minutes.
Once again I am served another cup of refreshing cold ginger tea with dried fruit chips making this one of the best spa experience where I truly forget about my work stress and relax.
For different types of treatment or more privacy, they have rooms for single occupancy with an attached bath tub.
They also have a special room for manicure, pedicure, head & hair spa or their other signature sound therapy done through a burning bowl ceremony.
They also have a special treatment named 'The Raja & Permaisuri experience' which is 5 hours inclusive of Spa Meal Cuisine & Beverage.

The couple room is with dual treatment bed, couple bath tub
It also have a built in bathroom for privacy so you don't even need to get out from your comfort zone.
From the room one could sit, relax and enjoy the scenery overlooking the lake with fountain and the crystal blue lap pool
The bridge so one could enjoy the scenery upclose or you could even fish at the end of the bridge. Yes they allow fishing but that is another story for the next post on this resort? =)
I actually sat there at the rocking chair listening to the sounds of water and the fountain plus birds chirping away.
