Seindah Ramadhan Buffet @ Palace of the Golden Horses

Camel Ice sculpture representing the variety of camel dishes they came up with such as the Camel soup with herbs & spices, Camel Rendang and Spiced Roast Camel to name a few.


The Carousel International Coffeehouse is quite spacious and the table settings are real good for family gathering and also corporate Iftar gatherings

I could tell you that the amount of desserts, cakes, puffs available is sto vast, i wished I could have tastes at least one of each.


Then we have assorted traditional Malaysian Kuihs and one could really eat their hearts out on those juicy oneh-oneh, kuih lapis(layered cake) and puluts(Glutenous rice)

What is a ramadhan spread without the traditional bubur lambuk right?


Some dishes are just done, cooked and served the traditional kampung way. Gulai Kawah,  big wok and scoop what you want.

For those seafood and bbq meat lovers, they have satay and freshly grilled seafood, grilled on the spot for your satisfaction


Assorted condiments served with our favourite Malaysian satay. Meat marinated to perfection and skewered while bbq-ed on slow charcoal fire served with nasi impit, cucumber & onions dipped in peanuty sauce. *drools*

Gear Box Soup.. Bone Marrow broth served in a coconut.


Stir Fried homemade radish cake.


One of the must try. Nasi Briyani with chicken, lamb or beef selection.

I always save the best for the last.. Here comes the highlight, roasted camel meat

And a whole Roasted lamb? All 3 meats? I don't think there are other places that serves all 3


Friendly chefs who would cut and serve the meat fresh to you on the spot. Now this is what we call superb service.


We always end with fruits but what is diff here?


They serve you durians, as much as you could eat while stocks last. They also serve deep fried fruits such as lychee, rambutan and cempedaks.

*drools*. I seriously had the urge to get more durians even as I was writing this.

Curiosity kills the cat? Why? Cause I tried this cola called curiosity cola from Fentimans once and now I am hooked for life. Some time ago I was invited to try this drink called Calimocho at The Wine Shop in Penang. For those who do not know what it is, it's actually a mixture of wine and cola in equal proportion served with ice in it. The blend? Perfect and not to mention best drink on a hot warm day. Something funny at the bus station

Note: Yes this is another bus station saga sequel but it's a funny one. While waiting for the bus today, I realized something really funny. Stop staring at the picture will you? Where do you find pigs in KL running around getting humped by a dog. If you don't stop staring I will get my dog to hump you instead. hahaha. Ok back to the story. I saw the condition below. More like it right? Then there was this mother who was bringing her son to school waiting for a bus. The son asked the mum, "Mummy, what are the 2 doggie doing?
