Yang Ming Chinese Restaurant Review
Having that cravings for some Chinese style seafood and feel it's always expensive in town and feel seafood wouldn't be fresh compared to the seaside/riverside huts. Yeah I understand the crave and having to drive all the way to Kuala Selangor just for seafood but that would change now.
Nestled in Sri Petaling is this one restaurant serving fresh seafood and also a real special dish. Wanna know more? Read on
Firstly the fresh fruit juices are from slow juicer so you get the wholesome goodness of the whole fruit.
Chinese starters, bamboo shoots
Cucumber with garlic and chilies
Tofupok stuffed with fresh
Deep fried chicken served with ginger dip. This is best paired with a bottle of cold crisp beer
Then we have the butter milk prawns. Not too wet, not too dry, just nice preserving the crisp in the prawns yet juicy inside and most importantly flavorful on the outside.
Red Braised Pork. Best paired with rice be it for lunch or dinner
One of my favorite. Fish head curry cooked in a claypot and you know what is best with this? Order a plate of Deep Fried Mantou to just dip into the curry on a rainy day. It would be heaven I tell you.
Now comes the special dish I am telling you about. Steamed fish? No.. Steamed crabs? No.. Steamed prawns? No... Steamed squids? No.. Steamed Clams? No.. All in One? Yes. Steamed to perfection in ginger soup. Family members gets to eat whatever they like so no more ordering 5 dishes to cater for 5 tastebuds.
Fresh Prawns *Drools*. Saw the tenderly soft squid just below the prawn? Yes. I could order a whole plate of this and just eat on it's own
Oh yeah in case you do not eat certain seafood, they could customize it to your taste. Different type of fish/crab/clams? No Prawns? More ginger etc. They could do it but I just like it the way it is.. The sweetness from the seafood immersed in to the soup. Every spoon is heavenly.
So now where is this restaurant, I wanna get to there now?
