Cloves Restaurant & Cafe Review


Some of my Muslim friends were like, hey Kellaw, why you always review non halal places? Review some halal places so we could visit and have some good food too. Well Malaysia is blessed with a multitude of food whether halal or not so here's one which could be classified as semi fine dine.


Located in PV128, Jalan Genting Klang is this little known Restaurant & Cafe named Cloves Dining which serves an Asian and Western fusion of dining. Fully owned by Muslim owners, they also do provide for special occasions like anniversaries, birthday and even catering services.


Start with the mouth watering grilled juicy Lamb Shoulder or even the Triple B burger with the beef patty and beef bacon. For those who are health savvy, you could order their Garden Salad.


One could also order their assorted fried rice served with fried calamari rings or even the marinara spaghetti while finishing with their Chocolate Brownies served with Ice Cream


My special take and choice of dish? The Seafood Aglio Olio topped with generous amount of fresh seafood, a must try for all seafood lovers


The definite must try dish would be their Butter Salmon. A huge chunk of Sous-vide salmon with the outer layer grilled to crisp while maintaining the juicy tender meat inside.

Pants on fire while it's down

I was at my friends place some time ago and he is one who always bragged about how many girlfriends he has outside. Oh. By the way he has is married. We were having tea at his place because of some "business" proposals to settle. He was seating quietly reading his morning paper drinking coffee with me.
