Rockaway Grill + Bar Review: Juicylicious Specialty Ribs

It's really hard to find good pork ribs in KL. It's even more rare to find Grilled Wild Hog/Boar Ribs what more one that costs less than 100 MYR for the whole slab of ribs enough for even 2 big eaters. Too big a portion for you? Located at the busy areas of Changkat Bukit Bintang and just a short walk from Sungai Wang or Lot 10, this is a must visit for Drinks and Dinner.

Trust me if you can think of a drink, they have it there =)

Let's start off slow with a salad shall we? Pocatello - Brisket Cobb Salad consisting of Crisp Romaine lettuce served with grilled brisket, tomatoes, chives, and Roquefort cheese.

Next would be their "light" bites. Twin Falls - Pork sausage rolls, homemade pork sausages wrapped in pastries and baked to perfection

Too little to gulp your drinks with? Order their Meat Lover's platter for all the sausage, bacon, small ribs you and 3 other friends could munch on. This is really one for sharing.

Want something lighter? Eugene - Buffalo Honey wings with honey ranch dressing paired with celery and carrot sticks

Let's step into their burger territory. They do offer make your own burger choices of just pick one from their menu like this Lincoln Burger with 2 patties, one Cortland Wild Hogs and another Wilkes Barre Beef served with chef specialty fries

Next we have the Washington Burger with double Easton Chicken Patty drenched in Mozarella cheese and Jalapeno served with fries

 Try their foot long sandwich too like this Winter Haven - Philly Steak and Cheese where the fillings are freshly roasted beef, sauteed mushrooms and caramelized onions

 
Not a fan of heavy meats, order their Columbus - Traditional Fish & Chips topped with caramelized onions and served with french fries,mushy peas and coleslaw

While you are at it, give their pizzas a try too, Texas Pizza, topped with chicken, beef, shredded pork, jalapeno, black olives and double cheese so you can eat your hearts out

Daddy’s Breakfast Pizza topped with Eggs, sausages, bacon, mushroom baked bean, cherry tomato, hash browns and cheddar cheese then baked to perfection

Or grab that pasta with their Jumbo Tiger prawns where one would really go get em tigers. Order this St. George - Giant Tiger Prawns with Crab meat Pasta

Or a must order for all clam lovers.. the Casper - A Spicy Clam Leek Pasta which packs a punch with its garlicky taste

As I mentioned they serve a vast multitude of drinks and their menus are really full of cocktails you could think of

Just head on to the bar and get their bar-ista to make your perfect drink

 

Mine? The sangria to go with all the meats I am taking!

Now comes the meats and steaks. Try their Asheville - Petite Filet Mignon, their smaller portion of lean juicy permium steak served with asparagus, mushrooms and mashed potatoes

A must try for fish lovers, the Goldhill - Panko Crusted Cod Fish served with grilled asparagus, sauteed button mushrooms, chat potatoes, and caper butter sauce

Did someone say ribs? Greybull Smoked Spare Ribs, juicy tender, succulent beef ribs!

Or their lamb on hot stone where you decide how cooked your lamb you want it to be: rare, medium rare, medium, well, well done and stopping right before it reaches congratulations. Nah, just joking, you could start cutting into the lamb like I did and let the juice sizzle on the hot stone while munching and at the same time keeping your meal hot and warm throughout the experience.

Laramie Whole Slab Ribs, tender loving pork rib meats which is simply irresistable

Finally the best for the last, Scottsbluff Smoked Veal Wild Hogs, their wild boar ribs which is to kill for!! Priced at only RM85, this soft and tender meat is all one could ask for to complete their dinner that I would highly recommend that you share this with another big eater.
